My role at Incomm is Sr. Manager of Network Operations – my team manages the data network for the largest pre-paid credit card company in the country, needless to say we are quite busy. I am writing this letter of recommendation for Azim Manjee, a co-worker of mine for nearly 3 years at Invenergy LLC. When Azim started at Invenergy, I was given the task of training him for IT support. But many times it was Azim showing me better ways of doing things. He is always one to come up with creative, yet affordable solutions to difficult IT problems.
Azim started as an IT help desk support person but quickly evolved into several roles including server set-up and maintenance, network support, primary contact for SharePoint development, as well as a key player in several software development life cycles. Azim was also responsible for set up and support of our regional facilities, including both domestic and foreign travel. Never once was there ever a complaint about Azim’s professionalism and courtesy while helping end users. Azim trustworthiness was evident given he was personally responsible for the president of the company’s home networks and personal devices.
